    SHIPPING Orders with Plastics are excluded from any Free Shipping, as they are bulky items.

    It is important we get correct plastics information so that your graphics fit correctly. If you're unsure, upload a pic of your plastics and bike below :) eg. Polisport Restyle with 2020 Front End / Cycra Powerflow / RTech Restyle etc.

LOGOS

  • We have the majority of Motocross related logos, we cannot however add any energy drink logos to your graphics.
  • If you would like to use personal logos you can email them to sales@rivalink.com.au with your order number and name in the subject line (after order placement).
  • Logos will need to be in Vector format (AI, EPS, PDF). If you do not have one of these formats we can do our best to work with your file, or write the company name in a good looking font.

PRODUCTION

  • Most orders ship out within 7-10 business days of your order date. Adding Plastics / Fitment / Seat Covers to your order will increase the time for your order to be shipped.
  • Please allow 1-5 business days for print/cut production after your design approval.

    Design and communication with Rival was awesome, however the quality has left a little to be desired.
    I’ve not had issues with previous orders from Rival, but the decals never seemed like they wanted to stick or stay stuck on, with the edges on 75% of the kit all lifting up and refusing to stay stuck to the plastics. Unsure if it was the last of an old roll of print material, but compared to my previous decals from Rival there was definitely a difference in quality. Noting these were fitted to brand new plastics (0 hour bike), and the plastics were all prepped prior to application.
    Aside from the adhesion issue, the rest of the kit lined up well and seemed to line up with the bolt holes correctly.
    Can’t yet report on how long they hold up for, but after one ride I’m not holding my breath on them lasting particularly long.
    Hopefully my next kit will stick and stay stuck, but the potential variance in quality should be noted.
