Step-by-Step Installation Instructions

1. Clean the Helmet Surface
   Make sure the helmet’s surface is free of dust, grease or road residue. Wipe down the areas where you’ll apply the graphics with a cloth and alcohol cleaner, then allow the helmet to dry fully.
2. Remove Any Removable Parts
   Take off the visor, mounts or other detachable accessories so you have a smooth area for application. Set the parts aside safely.
3. Position the Sticker
   Take your pre-cut graphic and align it on the helmet without removing the backing. Check symmetry and placement. The template is designed to fit exactly, so you won’t need to trim or cut.
4. Peel & Anchor One Edge
   Gently peel back a small section of the backing from one side of the graphic and anchor that edge onto the helmet. This initial placement will be your guide.
5. Apply the Graphic Gradually
   With the backing still partially on, use the soft applicator to press the graphic onto the helmet, working from the anchored edge outwards. Go slowly to prevent trapping air.
6. Apply Gentle Heat to Curves
   If the helmet has curves or irregular shapes, warm the graphic lightly with the heat gun or hairdryer. Use short spurts of heat and smooth the graphic into place with the applicator. Avoid overheating.
7. Press All Edges and Curves Firmly
   Once the main section is secure, go over any curved areas and edges again with firm pressure and apply a bit of heat if needed. This helps the adhesive bond properly to the helmet surface.
8. Re-assemble and Allow Adhesive to Set
   Re-fit any previously removed parts (like the visor). Then let the helmet sit for at least 12-24 hours before heavy use or outdoor exposure so the adhesive can fully adhere.
9. Care and Maintenance
   Clean your helmet gently using mild soap and water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and high-pressure washes over the graphics.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Air bubbles: If you spot a bubble, use the applicator to press it out reading from the centre to the edge.
• Edges lifting: Apply a little warmth and press down firmly. Make sure the surface underneath was clean and dry.
• Surface damage during removal: When you eventually remove the graphic, go slowly and use low heat to loosen the adhesive. Removal may affect the original paint/coating; this is understood and accepted when opting for design graphics.

• Safety Notice: Graphics are for cosmetic use only and should not be applied to compromised or damaged helmets. Installation should not interfere with the helmet’s safety features or manufacturer warranty.
